Please note that personnel and students from OCP, UM6P, and Ecole Centrale Casablanca are exempt from the participation fee.
Once your registration confirmed by your badge reception, it authorizes you to participate in the conferences, the posters sessions and the round tables.
However, your transportation, meals and accommodation are entirely
at your expense.
Good news! At the request of many of you, limited spots for
rooms on the UM6P campus are currently available.
Additionally, the registration deadline for the first rates has
been extended from January 31, 2024, to February 4, 2024 - this
is the final deadline before the registration fee double
Ensure you complete your registration and payment before
February 4, 2024,
indicating the duration of your stay. For those who have already
filled the registration form before the 2024/01/20, you can
provide additional accomodaton information
using this form.
The rate is 250 Dhs per night, including breakfast. It is crucial to note that the only accepted mode of payment
on-site is by credit card. However, at the canteen, purchasing
tickets with cash is possible. Additionally, it's worth mentioning
that there are several restaurants on the campus
